CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be a $25 cancellation fee if you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than six hours before your scheduled appointment.
NO REFUND POLICY
Hot Chic Lashes does not offer refunds. I do offer free touch-ups within 3 days of your initial service.
FILL POLICY
After 3 weeks or 80% of lashes gone, the next visit is considered a full set.
BOOKING POLICY
There will be a 20% deposit for all services.
